Fashion Week at Milane will be held this year from September 20 to 26, 2022, as every year this season the city becomes the center of the fashion world because it is Milan Fashion Week. Walking through the streets of the city, you can feel a special and exciting atmosphere, as if there is a big party going on all over the city and Fashion is everywhere. So, it is definitely the perfect time to book a shopping spree and get ready to attend a lot of events and shows that look amazing!
Lingerie LA PERLA
This one Italian brand premium lingerie was founded in 1954 by Ada Masotti in Bologna. She has always used a lot of colors and prints for her creations, while sticking to a minimalist line. For Milan Fashion Week La Perla organized a cocktail party with a retrospective of its collections as a journey into the history of lingerie. The event took place at the La Perla store on the super chic Via Montenapoleone, a must stop when shopping in the city.
Moschino
Once again this year, artistic director Jeremy Scott cast Gigi Hadid as the star of the show. She appeared at the end, wearing a stunning white bustier wedding dress. The most incredible thing was the veil, a very long veil with lots of colorful butterflies flying out of it.
Azzedine Alaia
The presentation took place at the stunning Palazzo Clerici. It was named "Couture Sculpture" in reference to the sculptural allure of the dresses created by the stylist. Alaïa said that "a woman cannot dress according to a pattern" and therefore preferred to "sculpt" clothes according to her models.
Sergio Rossi
Very unexpectedly this year Sergio Rossi, the famous Italian shoe brand, invited us again to the beautiful Ambrosiana library dating back to the 17th century. The atmosphere was so peaceful, like an escape from the hustle and bustle of Milan Fashion Week. Next to the old books, the models presented shoes from the new collection lying almost motionless like statues on the sofas. A very eclectic collection with boots, mules, loafer shoes, fringe and sequins.
